There will be no refund of any portion of the registration fee.
Upon submitting an official Student Withdrawal form to the school, the following guidelines will be used to assess the tuition balance/refund:
- Before Teacher Orientation | A full tuition refund
- On or after the first day of Teacher Orientation | 1/10th of the full amount of tuition (the full amount of tuition does not include any discounts or financial aid received) for each month that each student was enrolled.
- If my child(ren) is enrolled for any portion of a month, the entire month's tuition must be paid.
Any outstanding charges will be subtracted from the refund or added to the amount due. No grades/transcripts will be released until the balance is paid in full. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the completion of the student withdrawal process. This process includes, but is not limited to the return of chromebooks, textbooks, GCA-owned materials and equipment, uniforms and athletic equipment, College Credit Plus textbooks, library fines, etc.
