     As the Enrollment Director, I have the privilege of sharing the difference Granville Christian Academy has to offer with families each day. I understand the importance and significance of the decision you are making in where your student will attend school. My goal is to make the admissions process relaxed and personal for each family. Whether you are the parent of one child or seeking to enroll multiple children, I am here to assist you with any questions you may have.

The Admissions Process:

  1. Parents submit the application and application fee online to Granville Christian Academy.
  2. Parents submit Pastor Recommendation Form by mail or to [email protected]
  3. Standardized Test Scores and Report Cards from previous school year are gathered.
  4. Student applicants are scheduled for English and Math entrance exams or Kindergarten Readiness Testing.
  5. After the designated re-enrollment period for current school families, new applicant files are reviewed for consideration based upon classroom space that is or may become available.
  6. The enrollment office will then continue with those applicants and schedule a family interview. 
  7. Acceptance to Granville Christian Academy will be based on:
    • Families willing to partner with us in fulfilling our mission
    • Regular Church Attendance
    • Family Interview 
    • Entrance Exams
    • Disciplinary Records
    • Transcripts and Previous School Records
    • Pastor Recommendation Form
    • Space Availablity
  8. Granville Christian Academy may not be equipped to handle students with certain needs. Examples would be students with academic, behavioral, or other needs requiring specialized attention. Religious beliefs incompatible with Granville Christian Academy‚Äôs Statement of Faith is cause for refusal to admit a student.
