Student Withdrawal Policy

There will be no refund of any portion of the registration fee. Upon submitting an official Student Withdrawal form to the school, the following guidelines will be used to assess the tuition balance/refund: 
  • Before Teacher Orientation | A full tuition refund - no tuition due. 
  • Between the first day of Teacher Orientation and Nov. 1st |  2/3 annual tuition refund - 1/3 tuition due. 
  • Between Nov. 1st & Feb. 1st | 1/3 annual tuition refund - 2/3 tuition due. 
  • After Feb. 1st | No refund - full tuition due. 

Any outstanding charges will be subtracted from the refund or added to the amount due. No grades/transcripts will be released until the balance is paid in full. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the completion of the student withdrawal process. This process includes, but is not limited to the return of chromebooks, textbooks, GCA-owned materials and equipment, uniforms and athletic equipment, College Credit Plus textbooks, library fines, etc.
