The Administrative Assistant represents Granville Christian Academy to prospective families as well as returning families and the public, and works to increase inquiries and convert applications into enrolled students. A successful Administrative Assistant exhibits superior customer service skills and professionalism throughout daily interactions and communications with students, parents, and organizational representatives including, but not limited to, events, tours, interviews, phone calls, emails and information sessions. Assistant will support the Enrollment and Marketing Director in executing department projects and tasks essential to meeting the school’s enrollment goals each year.
